How to Gua Sha:

Cleanse skin thoroughly then apply 5-10 drops of your favorite facial oil to your face and neck. Holding the Gua Sha tool at a 15 degree angle follow the arrows on the diagram using light to medium pressure. Repeat each stroke 5 times. Use daily for ultimate results. Don't forget to wash your Gua Sha tool before & after use!
