Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy Change
We want to remind you, as of June 1st, we have updated our cancellation/rescheduling policy. A 48-hour notice is now required instead of the previous 24-hour notice.
We understand that life is unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, a no-show fee will be applied, amounting to the full appointment cost of up to 100% of the scheduled value.
